RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 72 hours is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. All Booking Fees are non refundable. Late cancellations will result in the forfeit of your deposit and will also result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services cost.A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 72 hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can transfer your booking fee to a reschedule. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the FULL treatment scheduled , and charged to the credit card on file. No Shows A no show to your appointment will be charged the full amount of the services that were scheduled. The cost of the services will be applied to the card on file you have on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, a new deposit will be required, and the first available appointment may be weeks/months out. Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your booking fee and result in 100% fee of the booked services, and the cancellation of your appointment. A new booking fee will also be required for scheduling a new appointment. In some cases 2 appointments may be necessary to achieve the desired result. If you are having Neurotoxin, Lip Filler, Dermal Filler, a 2 week follow-up appointment may be necessary to evaluate healing of your treatment, and any touch ups needed. Touchups that require more than minimal product, that is more than a few units of toxin or .05-.15ml. of product will be charged as additional treatment is given. This is not common but must be noted as filler can integrate into tissues and move due to applied pressure, the use of straws, smoking, sleeping on areas that have been treated during the two week settling period. Any Additional appointments that may be necessary to achieve your desired result will be charged accordingly.
